How to make a reservation online ?

Choose your favourite hotels in Bali where you want to stay by visiting hotel page or other products and services.
Should you find a product or service that meet your expectation, please click "the reservation form button " , then simply fill it out. not to forget to carefully the term and condition.
Please describe your special request (if any ) on the "description" box available on the form.
Do recheck your email address carefully before submitting your request.

How long does it take to get the reply ?

We will reply all your request / reservations within one business day.

How can I be absolutely sure that my hotel room/service required is reserved?

Upon receiving your reconfirmation of the booking , we will send you a voucher by e-mail. The voucher bears the room/service confirmed. If you still have any doubt, please feel free to contact us on , or send us an email to info@balileisure.com

How do I pay the hotel reservation ?

Upon receiving our confirmation, your credit card details is required. It will be used as a guarantee and will be charged if there is any cancellation within certain period of cancellation policy.
Payment can be settled upon arrival in Bali unless different condition stated on confirmation.
We do accept cash / travellers cheque / Visa / Master Card.

How do I cancel the reservation ?

Please just email us the previous correspondence and change the subject with "cancellation for hotel name" . Cancellation deadline or due date will be stated in each booking confirmation.

What if I have a problem while on my vacation ?
